So many things that I want to do as a retiree is my crafts and woodworking projects. Spending time in my yard gardening and maybe raising some chickens would be nice. Having a spa for late evenings after a busy day would be nice to relax in.

However these things are not very practical if you don’t have a home that has its own property. A workshop, garden, and a spa require space that you can do whatever you want, that’s something I don’t have now.

So I’ve been looking for a place to buy that can allow me to live comfortable on the little money social security provides. I don’t require much, I’m a minimalist and don’t plan to expand my little world.

What I would need is about a 1/3 acre lot and a 750 square foot house with a garage or small building for my tools.
